Operation Instruction, Notes when use
1: Please use a standard USB-C Gen-2 cable to connect your signal source or monitor device in order to achieve Video Function.
2: If you connect to a docking station (without a fixed cable), please use the shortest possible cable to connect to our switch. At the same time, please reduce the number of connections on the docking station, otherwise it is likely to cause abnormal USB-related functions of the docking station.
If you can not make the switcher work successfully initially, please first consult with us via seller support, we would try our best to troubleshoot for you.
