Do not use other plugs, only 5V 1A plugs.
Please set your TV audio output to PCM/LPCM:
Device Home--System Settings--Image and Sound--Voice Settings--Digital Audio Output--PCM/LPCM.
If it is a Panasonic TV, set the TV audio output to SPDIF output.
If it's a Samsung TV, turn on its external speakers: Menu - Sound - Speaker Settings - External Speakers - On.
This DAC may have some compatibility issues with Youtube or Netflix.
