Our cable support both 5V & 12V, however pls check whether your PC support 12V output.

If your PC support only 5V, then you can use only with 2.5" hard driver.

If your pc support output of 12V, you can use with 2.5"/3.5" and 5.25" hard driver. So if you are planing to use with 3.5" or 5.25" hard driver, pls check with your mainboard/PC support 12V output. Because 5V output only work with 2.5" hard drivers.
