Pros: Once my Xbox said shipped, it came within a couple of days. Xbox came with seals still on packed nicely and plays smoothly, much better looking graphics and able to play hard to perform games such as cyberpunk and ghost recon smoothly. Customer service is assuring and quick to respond.

Cons: Took a couple of days to ship, never bought from 3rd party so I worried a little. But like I said once it shipped it came quickly.

Overall Review: Personally, unless you really need the higher performance, a Series S at $299 will probably work fine. However, I'm happy with the product, and glad I could purchase it through this site. While the price is high, it's not as high as most other scalpers. And yes, I did receive an authentic, brand-new Xbox Series X, in case you're concerned about that. Arrived in 5 business days, so very reasonable.
