Program your own 3 to 8 digit pin number that you can use to open the safe via the digital number pad. Alternatively, you may use the included emergency keys for manual entry or if you forget the password. The safe is built with reinforced alloy steel, 2 locking bolts, and a recessed door with concealed hinges that prevent prying or tampering. The digital lock is powered by 4x AA batteries (not included). If the batteries are low, a warning light appears. If the batteries fully deplete, the emergency keys can be used to open the safe and replace the batteries. Includes 2 expansion bolts that fit the pre-drilled holes in the back and bottom of the safe to optionally secure the safe to your wall, floor, shelf, desk, or other flat surface. An instruction manual is included.
