Return and Refund Policy You can apply for Full-Refund for functional failures within 1 month of item's delivered date (Note: Please keep the pallet when receiving the item, because we cannot process your return until you bind the product on the pallet and wrapped it). Cooler Depot wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if item arrives to broken or damaged when third party company delivers, customer MUST take pictures of any damage to pallet or equipment and refuse the delivery. Please contact Cooler Depot USA immediately. Cooler Depot will re-send you a brand new unit again. When you open the the items and plug in unit and it does not work please contact Cooler Depot and we will give the customer an option of fixing or exchanging for same unit. If there is any other damage to the equipment please contact us right away. We will request pictures of the damage.
