- Compatibility: The G2 gateway can be used with smart locks that can be controlled by the TTLock App. Also, G2 is suitable for all smart locks of hornbill.
- Installation Suggestion: Work with 2.4 GHz, it is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 26ft (8 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please note that when adding a gateway, please ensure that your smart phone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
