Pros: - I bought one a few months ago, and now I have another one with dual screens. This monitor is great value for money, I love it!
- The display provides amazing video quality and clarity.
- This is the cheapest 4k 27-inch 1ms response monitor I can find, and the specifications are good.
Cons: - The buttons on the display have not been changed, but this is not a big problem.
Overall Review: I am glad I bought this product, this is an excellent monitor and it fits my dual monitor stand very well.
Pros: -Great monitor in general
-Other reviews said colour wasn't the best but after adjustment it was fine. Didn't see any issues
-Anyone who says it doesn't have 144hz doesn't know what they're talking about. It does and can be changed in your graphics card control panel
Cons: -Stand does wobble a bit but how often are you touching your screen other than to turn it on and off
-I run a GTX1070 and tried using freesync but doesn't work. If I had a card capable of maintaining 4k 60hz or 2k 144hz, I'd have kept it but decided to go for a monitor that's freesync compatible with Nvidia cards
-Brightness is kinda low but not a deal breaker really. Even with blinds open and lights on I don't really wish for more brightness but would be nice to go higher
Overall Review: I really loved the monitor and wish I could keep it but unfortunately the Freesync compatibility with my NVidia card was a deal breaker for me which is weird because other monitors work between AMD and NVidia tech.
If you have a AMD card or can run 4k 60hz or 2k 144hz, go for it
Pros: -No dead/stuck pixels
-Barely any BLB/IPS glow
-Options for HFR at lower resolutions
-Works with G-Sync
Cons: -Poor color accuracy
-Menu is only in Chinese
-No assembly instructions and difficult to assemble
Overall Review: This monitor came exactly as advertised. I test both 1440p 144Hz and 4k 60Hz with no issues. Screen had no dead or stuck pixels and great black uniformity. Out of the box, colors were way off. After a lot of trial, the best color accuracy I could get was setting RGB to 54, 51, 60. But a solid white screen still looks a little yellowish. It seems to work fine with G-Sync as well.
It was a fair bit more difficult to assemble than any other monitor I've ever had (which is a lot) and came with no instructions. Pro tip, screw the small metal piece into the stand and then the monitor, not the other way around like I did.
I'd have a hard time recommending this monitor. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I realized it was only 280 nits brightness. Add in the color accuracy issues (maybe it's brightness related?) and it's a tough sell. If you want the best image possible, look elsewhere. If you don't mind colors being slightly off, then it's pretty good otherwise.
Pros: - I love that its 4K at 60hz or 1080@144hz, media is great in 4K and gaming is perfect in 1080.
- Take a VESA mount no problem!
- Viewing angle is good when using TILT (portrait to landscape) no weird spots
- HDR (didnt know till i got it that it was HDR)
- Amazing value!!!
Cons: - Took a solid hour to calibrate, out of the box it needed serious adjusting.
- Again LOTS OF TWEAKING/Calibrating
- ITS DARK, you need to find the proper contrast to brightness threshold. But once you find it your fine.
- DCR is useless, I use a "night mode" theme that would cause my entire display to randomly go black... disabling it and I have no issues.
- Came in Chinese so I had to use "google translate lens" android app to find the language settings (Im showing the english menu in photos to help)
- Button layout on the screen is weird its 5 buttons that aren't labeled so LOTS of trial and error. And the manual lists the buttons backwards (showing power on LEFT but really its on the RIGHT)
Overall Review: - You will need to calibrate it, I used my existing monitor and "cloned it" then basically matched the color and picture, it took a solid hour but it worked
- I love that its 144hz in 1080 and 60hz in 4k... I wanted 4k for media and 1080 for games, and it works on the fly.
- Good price!
- HDR is nice touch! I didn't even know it was HDR.
- Not perfect but pretty darn close!
- Not bad at all for a "no name brand" will update post if I have issues
Pros: -eventually operates somewhat ok after years of warming up
Cons: -dead pixels after 2 weeks of use
-4k lines very prominent on display
-has an old lcd warm up when first displaying, leaving a yellow filter that fades away slowly like when defrosting a car
Overall Review: -I would recommend you don't buy this product or buy from KUU in general
Cons: Doesn't do HDR10. Doesn't support 60Hz + Doesn't display 120 FPS.
The lights in the back are extremely dim so basically pointless.
This only supports 4k 10 bit 24Hz which is not Useful at all for gaming.
Overall Review: Do Not Buy
I accidentally hit the wrong rating.
0/5 because it is all a Lie.
Why are you selling a product that lies?
What a scam.
I want my money back!
It won't let me upload the photo I took of me investigating why 4k doesn't work for Gaming. Only 24Hz 4k which I am not sure what that is even useful for?
Do Not Buy This.
Doesn't work with an Xbox Series X.
Pros: Good quality viewing.
Cons: Very limited instruction sheet for multiple monitors.
Difficult to use button settings that are not explained enough in limited manual.
NO explaination of where to download drivers for monitor.
NO website given for locating product support after purchase.
Overall Review: For the technical person who does NOT need instructions, they will be OK with this product.
Pros: Decent price
1080 and 4K looks nice
60Hz is clean
Cons: the monitor uses a frame dropping technique to support an input signal with refresh rate over 60Hz
Overall Review: As others have said, this is an OK price for this OK 4K 60Hz monitor. However, it DOES NOT truly display above 60Hz. I used the trusted site testufo.com (see screenshot) to verify the actual output of this display.
Again, this monitor will report that it accepts a 144Hz input signal and you can select this in games, but it DROPS FRAMES to achieve the display. Therefore, it is 60Hz at best.
