Pros: To say I'm unhappy with the product is putting it mildly. I got the computer hooked up to the periferals and booted it up. I went throught he initial setup easily enough. Then I started adding in my accounts for the basic stuff like email via my MS account.
Cons: The fans were running like a 747 jet all through this process. Then.. it needed to reboot as I installed software. Upon the restart... BAM it sent me to the BIOS because the thing had an overheated CPU. I tried upping fan speed etc. Nothing, Nada didn't work.
Overall Review: I spent 2700+ dollars on a paperweight unless I go and upgrade the cooling system. I could have just bought parts and put together a custom computer which I DID NOT WANT TO DO. If you want a computer you can just boot up and run, this is not the one you should purchase. If you are not savvy with opening up a computer and upgrading the guts, don't buy this computer.
