The 2 photos here are 2 different types of power supply, which one will i be getting?

The Dell part# 3WN11 is "long/slender".... However, if a seller uses two different images, then I'd play safe and only buy the product with a picture matching the part I need.... I've accidentally picked a wrong Dell power supply based on a compatibility, so I may be more cautious than other users.

can a 275w to replace the power supply for 265w?

Replace a Dell desktop power supply using a Dell part number that is known to be compatible. Regardless of power rating, if the power supply does not fit in the case, or the cables are not the right lengths, a non-compatible power supply will not work. Use your current part number (like 3WN11 or PH3C2) to find other compatible parts.
