Why sell this in a combo when it had already expired two weeks before I made a purchase?

I want to know why they add it to orders as well.  It expired 2-3-14 and will not let you enter a code.  The website says you snooze you lose. I know it's free and not much to it, but some people might pick that processor over another.  And pick it all because of the free Intel Element that comes with it.  So in my mind it's bad business and shouldn't be allowed.  I don't know how Warren was able to enter a code on the 5th but Noel and I can't on the 1st and 11th.  Low real low to me.

I'm not sure about the expiration but it's just a contest entry with Intel.  It gives you an instant answer whether you won our lost.
