Look in your E-Mail Trash.
Also if you deleted the email from new egg the key shopuld be in your newegg account download code.
If it s the AMD code you lost go back to the AMD site and check there in your account there.

you get one code from newegg then u go to AMD gaming website to get the steam key.

Newegg sends it by email. If you don't see that email, contact customer support by chat or phone and they will resend. That's what I did.

if you were eligible it should have been added to your order and so show on your invoice. After the purchase you have to redeem it (i believe newegg will send you an email about the codes) by registering on the AMD website for the promotion and go through various hoops (i had to send an image of my invoice/reciept to prove i bought something that counted) to finally get a code to activate it on steam. It is not an easy process (likely intentionally so). Technically my purchase warranted 2 of thse and the first time through was so annoying I didn't bother redeeming the second to give to a friend.
