 Digital Products
For any digital products, key codes and/or downloads, instructions will be sent to you via email within an hour after the order is charged.
Free Gift Items
Free gift items may be charged separately; however the larger order is discounted by the amount of the gift item to cancel out the gift item charge.
Free digital downloads are sent via email 24 hours after the purchased item is shipped.

How long after the purchase does it take to recieve the code?

Step 1: Receive AMD Coupon Code - Purchase an eligible AMD Radeon graphics card to receive an AMD RADEON TOKEN CODE from participating retailer or e-tailer.
Step 2: Install AMD Product - Make sure the eligible product is installed into the computer from which the redemption is being made. 
Step 3: Login to AMDRewards - Login or set up your 
Step 4: Enter in AMD Coupon Code - Enter the AMD Token Code(s). Token Code is required to verify installation of the qualifying product with the Product Verification Tool (PVT). The PVT will prompt you to download a file onto your computer. Accepting all terms of the PVT will allow it to run and verify the product.
Step 5: Confirm your Game Reward - Select the Game(s) you wish to redeem by adding to your cart and confirm your selections.
Step 6: Activate your Game Reward . 
( if the game is not out yet, you will not receive the Game reward code until the game is fully release)

So this game will only play on the AMD graphics card it was bundled with?

Once you have the code you will be able to play it on anything as its just a steam code, but you must install the card and run AMD's verification tool ensuring the card is installed before they will provide you with the code.

What platform do you redeem Starfield on? Steam? Microsoft Store?

Via the amdrewards terms and conditions, it seems to be a steam code: "Upon successful verification as set forth above, Participant will be directed to log in to or sign
up for a Steam account via a window on amdrewards. Participant must link their Steam
account to their AMDRewards account."

What are the real promotion dates? Promo just started today, 07/11. Someone's asleep at the wheel. AMD marketing promo dept. absolutely reeks.

Starfield was definitely today 7/11. I just bought a GPU the day before the promotion so, I asked Newegg customer service (from product help) if I could get it since the item is the same price and the game code is digital. They emailed me the game. Hope this helps!

When is the AMD token going to be sent? I have a product key but not a AMD token code.

In the description of the gift on Newegg, it gives you a link to AMD. You have to go there and register your product key and then AMD will give you the steam code to activate it.

Question 8

Can you gift this to someone who has a qualifying AMD card already installed, or does it have to be the exact card that you ordered? Specifically does AMD's product verification just scan for a qualifying graphics card, or does if have to be the exact graphics card that you bought?

Just has to be a 7000 series CPU, or 6000/7000 series GPU.  I bought the Premium Edition months ago, and bought the 7800 XT on the day it launched, but I was able to give the code to a friend that has a 6800XT and he passed verification.

So I purchased on Aug 7th and the "promotion period" is listed as June 5 - July 1.  Is this still valid for me?

AMD graphics cards are still showing comes with Starfield so you should be good. Call newegg if you don't get emailed game instructions.

I tried to redeem at steam but it doesn't work, the instructions is not clear.Question is how?

You should have received an email with a code and redemption instructions - you have to create an AMD account if you don't already have one, download their hardware verification tool, enter the code from your email, let it verify your hardware, and then your AMD account will be assigned a Steam key once they are available. You'll then need to redeem that key via Steam.
