hmm... 4/30/2008 9:47:43 PM

Pros: awesome case

Cons: none

Overall Review: Its not about fans and how big or small its about how much each fan is pushing out or in. You can get this case to work right, just measure the CFM of the big fan (cubic feet per min. of air) comming in and use faster or slower fans to balence the exaust so it doesnt create a vortex of hot air and dust. Example- say the big fan has 120 cfm of air flow, and you have a couple of 120 mm fans that push 60 cfm per fan, put 2 or more fans in equal to the cfm of the big fan to balence the air comming in. ( in order to measure air you need a cfm gauge which will cost you about 25-100 bucks depending on how good of one you want some might already own them) But there is a way to make this case work just wanted to throw some ideas out there, friend of mine has this case and it took some brain storming but no reason to rma or blame the manufactuers. :D have a nice day!

Good + dumb ppl 4/24/2008 9:33:56 PM

Pros: Please Read!!!

PPL think that reversing fan will be a such a great idea, wrong it will most likely counter your cpu fan since just about ever cpu fan blows and not sucks off heatsink. add 2 x 120mm 72cfm+ fans outtake and the airwill be flowing very good on this case.

Cons: none

Don't own but a few comments 4/8/2008 2:08:21 PM

Pros: See below.

Cons: See below.

Overall Review: Just going by the past reviewers, this 36 cm fan is a problem. However (and I'm just looking at the pictures), the fan looks like it runs on two wires (meaning a + and - connection). This being so, it shouldn't be very hard to switch/splice the wires to send air out of the case rather than into it.

This means that you will have a larger "exhaust" and in turn offer better air flow efficiency (in conjunction with the smaller fans serving as intake) and lowering case temps.

Best bang for $$$ 1/30/2008 2:31:26 AM

Pros: I have this paired up with a p5k (p35) e6550 @ 3.0ghz and 2 gig generic ddr2 67 @860 and it runs EVERY game i own, except crysis, on MAX detail, 2xmsaa, 2xaf, 1440x900 and they all stay well above 60fps. all source games stay at 200fps+ at max detail.

Cons: hmm.........its not a 3870 x2??

Overall Review: cant wait until my 4x1gb crucial gets here tomorrow to see how high i can push my cpu. right now 10,587 3dmark06, 18,791 3dmark05. not to shabby for a -$200 video card!

Well.... it has potential... somewhat... 12/13/2007 10:18:44 AM

Pros: Love the idea of the huge 360 mm fan. Gives the "sugar-coated" impression that it will cool 10 times better than any of the other average cases. Seems to have a roomy design as well.

Cons: Now if the fan blew in the right direction.... Maybe a little bit more stability in the case would be great too, 'cause then you won't have to worry about breaking your brand new toy when you're installing everything.

Everyone loves lights... but I didn't want to bring in a spotlight into my room. I can't sleep without putting tape over the light or turning off the fan completely.

Overall Review: As everyone should already know, especially the owners of this case, LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! I'm starting to think that this company has great ideas, but horrible engineers. As you can probably see from the other people who commented, the fan is a wonderful addition, but it doesn't do what it's supposed to thanks to the engineering and designing.

Maybe if I could mess with the wires for a bit and see if I can't reverse the flow direction. The more air blown in the case is like trying to breathe in a hot car. The air loses all of it's energy and direction when it hits the components inside and sits, causing stale, barely moving air despite the vents. I do believe the extra fans blowing air outward would be a great addition, but I want more cooling, so I'm going to wire the fan to blow the opposite way and get 2 90 mm's or 120 mm to blow air inward, because I'm thinkin the side fan can blow out almost 2 times as much air out as the other fans can bring it, keeping it cooler inside.

Good case 12/2/2007 1:22:21 PM

Pros: The box's 360mm fan spins quietly, keeps my case components cooler than my flat box. In the front you can place 4 80mm fans, or a 90 mm fan. It doesn't show the vent in the top of the case. In the back you can put either 1 120mm fan or 2 90mm fans. I put 1 90mm in the front, and a 120 mm in the back.Plus the power button is about 2 inches wide, and it looks way cooler than the other boxes.

Cons: I havent found any other cons.

Overall Review: I have the side fan hooked up to a fan control, so at night I can make the lights dimmer than the ones in the front.

Nice case~~ 10/30/2007 11:58:06 AM

Pros: Great case, has plenty of room to fit all my stuff in. Put 2 80mm fans in the rear with an exaust fan. Keeps my case cold, my video card was having issues in my old case running at 75+C now its running at about 45~50C. Great buy especially for a budget case.

Cons: Nothing really.

Overall Review: Could've done without the bright LED's on the front panel, but its not a problem just be sure to turn off the side fan at night unless you want your room lit up like the sun..
