The Rosewill R5 is a gamer-inspired mid tower case that features a superb design and classic color schemes. All black coating from inside out adds to overall quality and evokes a sense of high quality. Three pre-installed 120mm fans with a host of extra fan mounts keep everything cool while an array of tube holes at the rear enable easy liquid cooling upgrades. Designed with game users in mind, the chassis features up to 320mm GPU clearance for hassle-free integration with high end VGA cards. A good list of features - such as back hole grommets for better cable management, side-opened HDD tray with tool-less design for HDD and ODD installation, bottom-mounted PSU with removable dust filter, and removable top and front compartment panels with filter - makes the Rosewill R5 a second-to-none choice for your next power house. Top mounted USB 3.0 connectivity speeds up your digital life with up to 5Gbps data transfer with compatible peripherals.

Unmatched Cooling
Two front 120mm fans and one rear 120mm fan as well as front meshed panel and air vents on side panel deliver efficient ventilation and effective system cooling. The fan controller located on top side puts the fan speed adjustment at your fingertip.

Zero-Clutter Design
Rubber grommets and sufficient space behind motherboard tray helps route and hide cable for a clutter-free system and better, smoother airflow.

Easy Assembly Panel
Removable top and front panels with filter enables quick assembly and easy cleaning. Thumb screws on side panel and slot plates add to convenience for maintenance and upgrade.

Spacious Interior
The inner space provides ample room to accommodate high end graphics card of up to 320mm at length. Bottom placed PSU with anti-vibration pads and gasket enables independent and optimized cooling, while the filter keeps dust and dirt out of the chassis.

Tool-less Drive Installation
Tool-less design for HDD and ODD allow quick and easy installation. ODD could be screw or screwless with anti-vibration pad installation. Side panel air vents directed to HDD cage enhance heat dissipation.

Easy Access I/O Panel
One USB 3.0, one eSATA, two USB 2.0 and headphone & microphone ports located on top of the chassis permit easy connection to a range of peripherals.

Pros: fan controller can fit up to 10 fans easy access to front and top fans very spacious fits a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus easily cable management works great for hiding excess cables solid sturdy case nice tool-less drive design; drives can only face one way with connectors facing the back (the cable management side where you're looking at the bottom of the installed mobo) eSata works perfectly when mobo also has eSata port extremely light-weight for its size
Cons: The molex connector to power the fans for the fan controller on the I/O controller board was coming loose. I had to jiggle the cable to get the fans working. I contacted Rosewill about this and not only were they prompt in responding, but they were very helpful in not requiring me to send the entire case back. I don't think this deserves the loss of an entire egg. This is not really a con, but the fan screws that came with the case are too small to use for the top fans. The fan holes are too big, so I used a nut to screw the fans in place, and the packaging didn't come with any nuts.
Overall Review: I have the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series ram chips which come with the heat spreaders. With the Hyper 212 Plus, I wasn't able to reach the first ram slot because the heatsink fan was in the way. I was able to fit the ram by taking the fan off, installing the ram, then reinstalling the fan a notch higher to give the heat spreader some room. Overall, everything fit very nicely.
