I now have this controller in my HAF case, works well, I like it. My question maybe should be answered by Aero Cool tech service, But hopefully someone tried or considered this;
1). Placing one sensor between the CPU and the CPU cooler? Of course with ample amount of thermal paste applied to CPU. Has anyone tried this?
2). If not, or if this is just a bad ideal-how could I get a more accurate temp reading of a CPU using one temp sensor?
Note, CPU under load 45* C/113* F. Thanks..........

I feel it's a bad idea giving the adverse effects it can have and as well as having software like AMD Over Drive that can tell you what the temp is. My Gigabyte motherboard can with it's own software to give out temps. The bios has an alarm that goes off if it gets over a certain point.  But I guessing you're looking for effects or conversion piece? If you do it buy a cheap CPU that fights your board so not to burn your good one up. Allow you don't need to apply it "between" the cpu and heat sink. The thermal glue will transfer the heat to the senor just as good by placing it on the side so that there is no gap between your cpu and heat sink.  A/C's work like thermal glue as far as the heat being transfer through the use of chemicals. If you really want to you could use copper tubing that's insulated.
