Can I use these to terminate CAT5e cable with my CAT5 crimper for use on my home network? I know I won't get CAT6 performance.

Yes, As long as it is an RJ45 crimper. The cable determines the category, not the connector. Even CAT6 uses an RJ45 connector. Hope that makes sense.

My question is; 1. Are these EZ Termination? 2. Are these Pass-Through Connections? 3. Do these have wire-guards? 4. Will these work with Cat6/Cat6a cables?

The BYTECC RJ-45PLUG Cat 6 connectors are not designed for CAT6 and do not always click into place. They are suitable for CAT5e and work at Gigabit speeds, but are not recommended for CAT6 connections.
