Question 1

I'm wondering if this mobo has enough room to support a Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet CPU Cooler and 2 sticks of G.Skill Sniper 1866? or would it be recommended to get low profile ram like the Crucial Balistix or G.Skill Ares Series??

I'm putting this setup in an SG06 case, along with an EVGA 750 Ti GPU and an i5-4570S...

I purchased this mobo with Noctua low-profile CPU cooler NH-L9i 95mm, and it fits perfectly. So I assume that Zalman CNPS8900 would fit as well, or you can purchase Noctua instead. It is an excellent, silent cooler. Don't worry about RAM and heatsinks, with Noctua, your RAM won't be in its way, thus you can buy almost any memory, even with tall heatsinks. I bought GeIL Evo Potenza 2x 8gb and they come with a real tall heatsinks. Good luck, hopefully this helps.

Will the wireless card work if I have a wireless N router?

Yes it can.  It can use ac/a/b/g/n networks and has a 2.4ghz and 5ghz.  The card in there is an intel 7260 ac 2x2  half height mpcie

Does this come with the updated bios to use with 4690k?

Yes the chip is supported by the bios, but may still need to be updated.   MSI  has the easiest update utility I have ever used   It will scan your system tell you what u need and you just have to click it.  This is a great board with many features. The only thing you really need to think about is the case you will use.  I've built 3 of these itx systems if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Almost positive it had 3  deffenatly 2. I water cooled it.  Awesome mobo.   I put it in a bitfenix prodigy   No problems what so ever.

I'm wondering if this has straight-up Wireless AC and *not* Draft AC?

It has the intel ac chip in it, I believe they sell it on newegg so you can probably answer it from the page for it. It is the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.

I bought this Mobo earlier this month and I am constantly losing internet connection over WiFi, is this happening to anyone else?

No issues although I'm connected at the 5ghz range.  I will stress that the boards talk about the need to immediately upgrade the bios and drivers for the WiFi specifically to avoid drop issues.

is it 4k ultra compatible?

If your monitor can support the resolution, you should not have a problem doing that. But whatever you display on it might need a bit more power behind it. Surfing the web might work fine with the I7's 4xxx series graphics but playing battlefield 4 at 4k ... you better have another card in there.

NO. Z87 only refers to Intel. Please do more research before purchasing products.

Will this board be compatible with the Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor?

You should contact MSI directly about this. From what I could find it isn't fully compatible. It requires some bios and driver hacks as well as swapping out the wireless board, though the information I read was from 2010 and MSIs website wasn't any help in determining if they've adjusted driver compatibility since then.
