Pros: 1) Nice design - Solid heatsinks - Quaility board - Color scheme 2) Bios - Easy Nav and usage 3) 555 features appear to work just fine 4) Win7 64 install was painless in RAID mode 5) Did not come across any hickups or kinks 6) 8 SATA ports + 1 eSata 7) OC 2600K to 49x on air (very easy compared to old Gigabyte x68) 8) Broadcom LAN is better than Realtek however it is not quite Intel. Still a very solid LAN. 9) Flashing the Bios in the Bios painless
Cons: 1) I wish the board a had few more PWM fan headers 2) The design of the extra power of Xfire/SLI placement (molex) was a bit clunky. Hard to make a pristine looking build with a cable across the board 3) The drivers are not exactly the newest on ASrock site. 4) I could be wrong - doesnt have dual bios (bummer)
Overall Review: All n All the Cons are just minor issue - nothing really with the board. The 555 tech worked fine- I have the same USB turbo on my external HD swapper. I was a bit concerned with the negative reviews however I went for it. Currently I am not disappointed. This is my first Asrock board all seems pretty good. Sidenote: I would highly recommend getting this board. Buy a SilverStone Sugo Series SG09B case - you can mount a massive heatsink in tiny case and with a massive SILVERSTONE Air Penetrator AP182 (170cfm of 180mm fan power). You can massive OC the board in tiny case. Trust me it rocks
