Pros: You get USB 3.0 and SATA3 for a ridiculously low price!
Cons: None so far but read my FYI below.
Overall Review: FYI: SATA hot swapping is enabled by default in the BIOS. If you install the (16 pin?) "black" cable in the SATA3 port, your OS drive may show up in the Windows 8 notification area, as an item that is OK to "safely remove." Of course that is not true and it will not let you remove it either; however, the easiest fix is to just use the (8 pin) "red" cable (on the SATA3 port) and that will take care of the false reporting issue. Benchmarks prove there is no difference in speed between the two cables.
