Cons: I got this and the arms that bolt onto the cabinent were bent, so instead of paying the over priced shipping to send this back I just bent them back out and untwisted them.
Overall Review: It's only holding a firewall, router, and some other random stuff.

Pros: Shelf is sturdy construction
Cons: The only minor con i had was that unscrewing some of the bolts that hold the arms on the back caused the cheap plastic spacers that were being used with them to completely snap in half/fall to pieces.
Overall Review: In order to mount this in a Norco 15U open rack i also purchased, i had to completely flip the mounting arms on the back 180 degrees.
The shelf lines up best if put exactly on a U boundary... but that means that whatever you are setting on it is actually off slightly. You can make it all work, but it requires some planning.
