I bought this monitor last week and love it. Only issues I am facing is that I cannot get to go past 60Hz (advertised as 144Hz) and I see no options in the menu for FreeSync. Am I missing something? Did Acer send me the wrong monitor? Did Newegg have it listed wrong?

Right Click Desktop -> Display Settings -> Display Adapter Properties -> Click 'Monitor' Tab -> Screen Refresh Rate Change it from 60hz to 144hz. Note that you must use DisplayPort instead of HDMI to get full speed.

Can you mount this monitor?

Yes, it has 100mm VESA mounting holes.

Does it come with a displayport cable?

It is a referb so I don't believe it is guaranteed. Mine did, but the cable is REALLY short. I would recommend getting a longer, nicer one anyway.

What is the GTG Response Time on this refurbished monitor?

4ms which is about as fast as an IPS panel can display but also is low enough to prevent any ghosting as far as I can tell.

What's the dead pixel policy on these refurbished units?

Per Newegg's Return Policy: "Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the purchase date."

does this product have bezel? the pictures of the product and the pictures from the product description do not match.

This model, the UM.HX0AA.A02, has slim bezels (about 1/4 inch) around the left, right, and top. I believe the UM.HX0AA.001 model (the older version) may be the model that is pictured on this listing. Acer has the correct pictures on their website.
