Cons: -Not sure if it's because monitor is too heavy for the stand but which ever position it is in, if there is any slight tremors/shaking on the desk, somewhere behind near the hinge will constantly emit a clicking sound, as if the monitor's read surface is rubbing with the stand.
Overall Review: What really ticks me off is the obnoxious plastic rubbing sound that happens quite often when there any shaking or tremors. VERY annoying and therefore, gets a -1 egg, but a great monitor otherwise.

Pros: No defects when received. I have owned since the end of 2017, and it still works great today April 2019. I have no regrets in buying this monitor. You can also now change the settings of the monitor off of the software, including the split screen options, something not available when I first purchased the monitor.
Cons: I recall when I bought, the audio sounded muffled when compared to my Samsung monitor. I have gotten used to it, but I am sure based on my initial reactions that the built in speakers are not great. You will get used to it, however if you prefer I recommend buying a set of speakers.
Overall Review: I would recommend this monitor. It is tall enough, wide enough, and looks great at a very affordable price.

-could be curved, I am good with it not, but some will say this should be curved.
-big to carry or move, it weighs nearly 20lbs, be aware of how you hold the screen.
-freesync feature and 1ms blur reduction do not interact well together, be aware. (i just use 1ms blur reduction, have STRIX 1070
Overall Review: Absolutely recommend, this is LG's bread and butter

-I liked how there was almost no blurriness at all especially when playing fast-paced games
-literally only 4 things needed to put together
-There is a wire leading piece that keeps wires from getting tangled
-you can adjust the height of the monitor with ease
-you can also adjust it to make the monitor point up, down LEFT, OR RIGHT!

-One of the best monitors I have ever gotten
Cons: -when sliding in the stand in the back of the monitor, you may scratch the back of the monitor (like I did, the impatient person I am) it will only cause a minor scratch that is barely visible.

Pros: Freesync work perfectly, really easy setup.
I had the normal 29 inch version and i decided to extend with this one, i knew what to expect since i was looking for a ultra wide screen. Most people reviews from 2 years ago say its not compatible with many games and i beg to differ. Most games now do support ultra wide resolutions.
If you play mainly old games, yea maybe its not supported but its easily manageable thru settings.
Cons: Motion blur reduction and Freesync, you get to choose one or the other, Motion blur reduction is way too dark so i kept with Freesync.
Overall Review: Overall, its great without the sugarcoating (lights and other gizmo) of many other monitors. I was not ready to pay double for the kind of color and 144hz. Panel colors are great and that's one of my main reason not going with the Acer curved in the same price bracket.
