Yes. I have a GTX 570 twin frozr and I have 2 of these monitors plugged into it just fine.

What is the expected fps for a 30hz monitor?

30FPS is all you're ever going to get. Also, this monitor gave me significant screen tearing. Don't use it for gaming. Also, mine died after a year and a half. Do not buy.

Question 5

Does the slow mouse on the screen occur for users who have a video card for high resolution monitors?  This question is for those who complained of low mouse use on the screen.

Using on os X 10.x (all of them) and no slow mouse (15" Retina with 1GB video card).  The Apple hardware only supports one 4K monitor.

The mouse may be slow because you have a CAD running or some application eating up your video RAM maybe?

I develop one mine and run VM Ware and several CAD apps in there and have yet to see a slow mouse.  I also connect to the display via the lightening cable to 'dell' display connector.

I am hearing a lot of negative remarks about the low htz rating on this model. I do not like mouse lag. I do a lot of Photoshop and some 3D graphics. Would this be a good monitor or not for me?

can this monitor be adjusted to 60 hz somehow maybe at a lower resolution?

It works at 60Hz for normal 1080p resolutions.  For 4k it is 30hz.
