I've been extremely satisfied with this product. My only issue is that it comes with washed out colors and the options built into it don't let you change saturation that much, but that is easily fixed by going into Nvidia Control Panel (or AMD equivalent if you use AMD) and changing it there. 
 All in all I recommend this product.

Enter an Pros: 144Hz monitor and g-sync compatible. Big visual difference switching from a 60hz monitor. The built in speakers are nice along with the 2 usb ports in the back.answer to this question.

yes.  If I remember right it was 100mm vesa mount. but yes, it has 4 holes in the back for mounting. I have 3 mounted to a 3 monitor stand

You will need to use a GPU that has a DisplayPort (DP) and change the refresh rate to 144hz under Nvidia Control Panel or AMD control panel, depending on your GPU.
