Overall Review: I loved this laptop initially. I can develop on and game on it without any issue. However, after a few months of use, it sounds like one of the fans started grind against something. It varies in loudness and is extremely difficult to diagnose. Regardless, it makes relaxing with this laptop extremely difficult. You can quickly google to see that there are a lot of problems with ROG laptop fans and support seems to assume you haven't done basic troubleshooting. If you can tolerate active and loud fans, this is a great laptop. The grinding noise is starting to wear on my nerves.

Pros: Good hardware on paper.

Cons: Fan starts all the time on balanced mode. Making huge FPS drops on gaming. Runing a game like Diablo 3 having huge fps drops fan always turning on and graphics are at minimum. Seems to get pretty heated on balance mode. Do not understand why its so noisy and shatters... Overall disapointed especaly for the price...

Pros: fast

Cons: bluetooth doesnt work out of the box call of duty was advertised as coming with it for a promo but this laptop does not actually qualify

Pros: The laptop is a beat in term of performance and everything fit in a relatively small laptop. It's thin and not heavy. REally love the design and the "slikness" of it.

Cons: The hardware is not built to last clearyl. Got this one in April 2019. A week after I receive it, the HDD died. Then lately in oct 2019, the FAN on the GPU is Stuck or making very base bearing noise.

Overall Review: ASUS support is not flexible. They are not sending any parts for replacement. Thus, you need to send the unit to a repair facility.
