Does it include a webcam?  Is this model basically what Dell has now on its website as an Alienware 18?

Yes, this has a built-in webcam. However, this is a different variant in comparison to what Dell is selling on the Alienware website. The Alienware 18s that are posted come with Nvidia GTX 860s for around the same ballpark range. I believe you do have to wait for them to be built as well.

Can I get with Windows 7 OS?

You can order it from Dell and get it with Windows 7, but the specific one here on Newegg comes with Windows 8.  Dell does have Windows 7 drivers available on their website, so Windows 7 is absolutely a possibility!  After you have received the machine you can downgrade it to Windows 7 if you have a Windows 7 Serial Number and the Correct OEM Media.  (Most computer shops can help you with something like this for a fee.)  If you are less tech-savy I would recommend upgrading to Windows 8.1 when you get your machine instead.  It's free and much better than Windows 8.

Hello, I upgraded the 750 gb hdd with a Samsung 840 EVO Pro 512gb and added 16 more GB of Ripjaw ram, all from Newegg. Boy did it make a difference, absolutely love it. Ripjaw part listed below.
