You might not need that for this fan specifically, since the fans are measured on standard sizes. The 120mm is the physical width and length of a square fan measured edge to edge.  The holes on all 120mm fans line-up the same. So if you have another 120mm fan on hand, there is a good chance you can measure the hole distance of that fan, and come very close to what this fan will have.  The diameter of the hole is also standardized.

Is the 3pin for the mobo fan header? and it only needs power from that? and it can control its speed?

it is a 3pin and you can connect it to the mobo fan header, but this isn't a pwm fan, so you can't control the speeds with software. BUT you can use a fan controller to control the speeds. This is what I do, and I like it better imo. My case actually has a built in one, which has a setting of 5v , 7v and 12v. I keep it at 7v and it's really quiet and when I game, I kick it up to 12vs. I have 6 of these fans in my computer, and use a 3pin fan splitter to control all 6 of them with one fan controller.
