Pros: Newegg is great about returns!
Cons: Why didn't I listen to the reviews? The little washers that are needed on the ends of the screws are junk! I tried everything to install them, but they are so thin they mangle themselves going on the screw tip. It's beyond a bad design. Also the washers are not big enough to cover the hole left behind in an OEM Intel HSF once you remove the factory plastic push pins. I even supported the washers in a small socket but they still bend beyond use when you push the screws through. Total waste of time.
