does this fit the EVGA 1080ti SC Black?

Yes it does my buddy had a 1080ti when he referred me to use one. Comes with differnt brackets just choose the one for yours and bada bing it's on. Tickets part is getting cooler in place with those tiny screws without messing up thermal application. Be sure to use good thermal paste and some bag to pwm fan splitters so u can control pump and vrm fan speed. Also adding copper vrm heat sinks is a added bonus. Have the kraken on my rtx 2080 rtx 2060 and my gtx 1060 can run every card at 100% load and stay at 50° cel or lower. Gl my friend and enjoy the world of water cooled gpus

Will this fit the newer 1660ti?

Probably. The only issue I could see is that it will stick out past the PCB if its a short style card. THis would render the included fan pretty much useless and may leave VRMs and other onboard components without any real active cooling.
