Is this sc620 generator compatable ?

Yes it is. Some generators do not put out a completely stable voltage this will usually cause a UPS to constantly try to compensate for the difference; this UPS (through the included software) will allow the voltage sensitivity to be adjusted so that the UPS will ignore minor fluctuations in voltage.

Does this produce a full or approximated sine wave output? Is it active PFC compatible?

it outputs a stepped sine wave. I read that is not compatible with active PFC.

Will this back up battery keep the computer running when the power goes out. The back up battery I now have apc Back ups ES 350 does not stop the computer from shutting down during a power outage?

This should keep the computer on. APC software is made to safely shutdown the computer after a certain period of time if the power is not restored.
