Cons: all 4 corners are quite chipped, scratched and dented. almost like it had been used for several years. There was no indication of how well used this item was in the description, and it would have helped my decision.

Cons: 1. Isn't unlocked phone! When I inserted a SIM card, the phone wrote that SIM not supported 2. Isn't refurbished, is hard used phone On the phone dents and scratches, dents on the screen, button looks like not original. But in description I didn't see any words about this.

Cons: Condition of the device is terrible, back side in very deep scratches. I do not know, how it is possible to do it.

Overall Review: Better to find something with very good condition mark. Do not try to save. Do not repeat my mistake.

Pros: Low cost. Fully-reset iphone, like it came from the factory. Imperfections and blemishes are minor. Some minor scratches and dings on the metal case. Screen is in excellent condition - I wonder if it had been replaced during the refurbishment.

Cons: 1 minor con --- it comes with a label on the back that identifies the phone - like a label a stockroom would use. My complaint is that it has super-sticky glue, so the label is impossible to get off. I thought of trying WD40, but I'm living with it hidden in the case for now.

Overall Review: I bought this phone to replace a water-damaged iPhone 5s. I was a little concerned about it working on my carrier: U.S. Cellular. But it works fine. (It came with a label saying it was used on Verizon). If my understanding is correct, all iPhones beginning with the iPhone 5SE are compatible on ALL carriers (SE, 6S, 7, 8, X). I used the sim card pulled out of my iPhone 5s, and the U.S. Cellular representative talked me though on the phone (a different phone) getting this phone to work. It is a used phone, so the battery is used too --- on the phone I received, the battery status indicates it has 86% capacity as compared a new battery. Something to be aware of. The phone arrived in less than 48 hours, with only the standard shipping selected. I am pleased with the whole experience thus far.
