Does this TV has audio output to connect to speakers and what type?

Looking at the back output ports of the TV, the answer is yes: there is audio out.  The labels and physical ports indicate:

-Optical OUT
-RCA OUT (Red and White)
-HDMI OUT

I did not see an 1/8-inch (headphone jack) output.

Note: I have never tested the audio outputs if they work or not, so there could be nuances with how audio is sent out in some conditions (Digital Rights Management limitations).

Question 2

Does the refurbished tv come with the remote and / or original packaging?

Yes, mine came with the power cord, the original dual-sided remote, the stand, owner's manual, and it was all in original packaging in original box. then that box was put inside a heavy duty plain brown shipping box. Now me personally, I was disappointed with the smart tv features. My last one was a Samsung smart 3Dtv and it basically was a computer itself in addition to being a tv. It had a web browser, built in so you could surf the web and it could do the wireless screen mirroring with compatible smartphones. Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S4 which made the possibilities for extra stuff you could between the two seem endless. Now this tv I don't consider it a smart tv just because it has Netflix, YouTube, and a few other worthless apps. I think that is false advertising, but the tv itself with no expectations for it other than to use only as a tv, it has a great picture and you can't beat the price. Hope this helps.

Does this TV have a Tuner?

Yes this is a smart tv, however, the smart tv programming is not as good as the samsung smart tv I had. This one has no web browser. I assume it having built in Netflix categorizes it as a smart tv. This was a major disappointment for me but all other aspects are excellent.

Can this TV be used as a Monitor or a additional display for a Laptop through HDMI or DVI port ?

HDMI? Yes. DVI? not without adapters and I would not recommend it. Why? because HDMI carries both video and audio signals, and since there is no DVI sockets on the TV istelf, that means it is not in the design.
