What size are the two fry pans?

8-inch and 10.25-inch, there is a 12.5-inch from this line available separately

Can this be used with an induction cooktop?

Not sure; but it is a great product. Solid non stick.

Is it stainless steel? Will they work on an Induction Cooktop?

They are aluminum with non-stick coating inside & out. Steel plates on bottom of pan to resist warping. On outside of box it says they work with induction. I currently use gas and love them so far.
