Behringer Wave Hybrid Wavetable Synthesizer

Add the quintessential sound of the 80's with the Behringer WAVE, a modern 8-voice digital synthesizer that features the authentic wavetable generators, analog VCA, and VCA designs based on the PPG Wave 2.2 and 2.3. By utilizing classic digital wavetable synthesis with 8-bit and 16-bit resolution, the WAVE can create a vast array of inspiring sounds. Enjoy the same tonal pallet used by legendary performers including David Bowie, Jean Michel Jarre, and Tangerine Dream.



The 49-note keyboard features velocity sensitivity and aftertouch for enhanced expression. The onboard polyphonic sequencer and dual arpeggiator allow you to create jaw-dropping synth lines, while the physical controls allow you to dial in your favorite sounds including epic basses, lush pads, and evolving soundscapes. The rear panel includes the stereo main outs, but also 8 individual outputs for external processing of each voice.

Flexible, Vibrant, Vintage Sound

• WAVE is amazing for creating lush pads, bass and even some bell- or chime-like sounds and thats all thanks to its 8 highly configurable voices and its classic wavetables with 64 waves each, complemented by and additional 64 fixed sub-oscillator waveforms for added depth.


• Change the characteristics of a wavetable with two ADSR envelopes that allow you to sculpt your wavetable just the way you want it. Theres also a dedicated sub-oscillator position control for some extra nuance.


• Additional user wavetables and transients can be easily imported via the SynthTribe app, available on both macOS and Windows.
