Q:
When the laser module is connected, the fan runs but the laser is not on.
Solution 1:
Please check if the signal port (PWM) is well-matched. If you are not sure which port on the main board is "PWM", please check with the main board seller.
Solution 2:
Power off the engraving machine; Disconnect the cable of our laser module from the main board; Reconnect the laser head to the main board and restart your engraving machine.
Q: Is this laser module compatible with CNC machines?
A: It can be used with a CNC machine attached. But the size does not fit the original bracket of the cnc machine, you need to make or buy the bracket.
