1. The external graphics card dock only compatible laptop/desktop with Thunderbolt 3 / 4,USB4 port, doesn't supports USB1/2/3/3.1/3.2 or regular type-C.
2. Graphics card is not included. Built-in 750W ultra-quiet server class platinum server power supply.
3. Compatible with windows 11,10,8,7 and Mac OS. For Mac computer, please make sure it supports external video card.
4. There will be around 10% performance loss which is based on the actual notebook specifications.
5. 3D print light grey / black housing shells, please don't buy if you are too picky. The color can be customized.
6. There are two Thunderbolt USB-C ports and one Display Port on the top. The DP port is unnecessary, since the graphics card has DP output originally.
7. Doesn't include driver disc or other accessories which are not showed in the main picture.
8. Can be customized. You may required different color or power supply with different volts or watts. The price is also different.
9. It supports RTX 4090 and RX 7900XTX high-end graphics card, but may not bring the maximum performance due to the max power dissipation may be up to 600W or more.
