Pros: Based on a high quality Seasonic design. High quality ball bearing fan, yet still very quiet. 80+ certified. Plenty of 12v power, single rail design. Just the right number of connectors for a 370 watt PSU
Cons: Really hard to complain for the price but I will point out that similar Seasonics (on which this unit is based) use top tier capacitors from Japan while the lower wattage Silencers use 2nd tier OST caps. Not a deal killer but if you expecting this PSU to last 10 years or are going to be subjecting you system to high heat levels you may want to opt for the one of the higher priced Seasonics.
