Does the APPRADIO 4 have navigation?

Not built in. The navigation comes from your phone (Apple via carplay/appradio or Android via the screen mirroring/carplay) when hooked up with the appropriate cables (that are not included).

Can it connect to steering wheel controls? does it have an equalizer?

It does have an equalizer though only a few presets, but lots of slots for you to make custom equalizer settings.

It can connect to steering wheel controls, but not directly. It needs a 3rd party part that you have to wire in. Maetra is one brand and idatalink is another. I have Idatalink and its not currently working (though idatalink is supposed to be the superior product).

Is this unit compatable with SIRIUS Radio?

No, if you want to SIRIUS Radio a separate satellite radio tuner is needed. the tuner then is connected to an auxiliary input.

Is it compatible with OnStar?

I dont know.  I do know that I'm not happy with it.  It takes minutes for it to boot up.  Also, if you have purchased it from NEWEGG, then there is no warranty support, and you are ineligible for any rebates.
    I'd shop for another product, if I were you... do you want to buy mine? I'd give you a good deal on it... I want something else

Are these units new? Pioneer is currently offering a $100 rebate. Does the box comes with the barcode attached?
