Cleaning Instructions
Keeping your kettle clean helps it last longer and keeps your water tasting fresh. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
1. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of food-grade citric acid to the kettle and fill the kettle with clean water up to the MAX line.
2. Select “Boil” from the presets and bring the solution to a full boil.
3. Allow the solution to sit inside the kettle for 15–30 minutes.
4. Discard the solution and wipe the inside gently with a soft sponge or clean cloth.
5. Rinse the kettle 2–3 times with clean water before use.
Optional Deep Cleaning: If there are still stains or odors, you can use a mix of baking soda and water and repeat the steps.
Note: If your local tap water has a lot of minerals, you may notice small spots or rust-like marks inside the kettle over time. This is normal, not a defect. Just clean it regularly using the steps mentioned above to keep it fresh and safe.
Additional Cleaning & Maintenance Tips:
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the kettle, power base, or cord in water. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth only.
- After each use, empty any remaining water and allow the interior to air-dry to help prevent scale buildup, odors, or residue.
- If food-grade citric acid or baking soda is not available, you may descale using a mixture of white vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water). Bring the mixture to a boil, let it sit for several hours, then discard and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Everything You Need, Perfectly Packaged

Safety Instructions
- Only use with 120V US standard outlets. If you're traveling to a country with different voltage, use a voltage converter or adapter.
- Keep away from children during operation.
- Do not leave the kettle unattended while in use.
- Do not open the lid fully while boiling.
- Do not immerse the kettle, power base, or cord in water or any other liquid to avoid risk of electric shock.
- Do not rinse or spray the exterior of the kettle with water. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
- Wait 2 minutes before opening lid after boiling water.
- Do not heat solids or powders.
- Do not operate the kettle without water, as this may damage the heating element.
- Do not exceed the MAX water level, otherwise boiling water may overflow.
- Do NOT shake the kettle while boiling or immediately after boiling. Pressure buildup may cause hot water to splatter and cause injury.
- Always unplug the kettle before cleaning. Allow it to cool completely before handling or storing.
- Keep the kettle away from stovetops, ovens, microwave ovens, or any other heat sources.
- Always place the kettle on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface during operation.
- If the kettle or power cord is damaged or malfunctions, discontinue use immediately
Peace of Mind, Guaranteed

Altitude Warning
For use at high elevations (above 1200 meters / 3937 feet), boil water with the lid slightly open to prevent pressure buildup. Water boils at a lower temperature in high-altitude areas (like mountains). This means steam pressure may build up faster. Always be careful when opening the lid after boiling. Wait 2 minutes before opening it slowly and keep your face and hands away from the steam to avoid burns.
