Can this convert from HDMI to USB?

oh boy, this is possibly 1 of 2 questions - here are both answers 1) this converts from usb out on pc to dvi 'in' - you can then use dvi to hdmi cable or adaptor to connect to the 'in' on hdmi monitor, tv, etc 2) this is '1 way' , going from HDMI output to Usb input is not what this does, for that you use a 'capture card' .

what resolution is supported if using usb 2.0 instead of usb 3 ?
