what kind of powersupply does it need?

recomended 450-550 watts for single gpu and no over clocking if planning to overclock upwards of a 750w supply in some situations. old processors on the motherboard require more power aswell. it will also require a 6 or 8 pin supplementary power input plug will also need to be included but any descent and even most bad companies include them. if your supply does not have the 6 or 8 pin power plug an adapter can be purchased for molex and sata power plugs. hope this was more clear

Does all (or most) of the exhaust come out the back of the card? I'm going to be putting it in a small form factor case...

Yes it's designed to have most of if not all of the heat release from the back of the card. Same reason I bought the card.
