CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE Haswell Ready ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Rock solid so far. Replaced a 500W PSU in an unusual setup, powering a dual Xeon WS board. This PSU is clearly not meant to deal with the kind of setup I have, but so far worked great. With add on adapter to 'create' a second EPS12V plug it is still used to run the computer. Running time varies from 10h to 30 days, never cut off so far, never a reboot while outputting about 400W continuously. Granted it gets hot, sometimes uncomfortably hot for my taste, but for the money it is good. Bought it mid 2015 and the end of 2016, its still running.

Cons: Sleeving is not too great. Not a modular one, lots of cables - creating a jungle in the PC. 3Yr warranty isn't encouraging...

Other Thoughts: Good bargain product until you ready to move on to a better component.
