Pros: - Works Great
- Many fan connectors
- Nice color scheme
- Easy to use Bios
Cons: - USB 3.0 front Connection, I don't like how the connection is made going toward the front instead of facing up when the board is flat. (See the picture to understand what I am trying to say) , This actually broke on me since it was near impossible to get the USB wire to connect to it, and once I removed it to re-wire my PC, it snapped. This is my fault, but I still think it's a poor design choice.
- PCI clips that hold your graphics card into place, seem to be weak.
I decided to clean out my PC a few weeks ago and after trying to put my GTX 980 ti back in the same PCI-e slot, the clip didn't 'snap' on it the card and hold it in place. I then had to re-wire, and move all other components around to mave the GTX card to another PCI-e slot. This issue is my biggest complaint about this item.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this board if it's on sale and you are looking to stay 4th gen. It works great for me, even with the cons stated above, and I never had any major issue.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders
Pros: Finally moved on from Windows XP and tried Vista and hated it. When 7 was announced I fell in love with it.
Get's a lot of things right and I feel it's possibly the best OS for gaming as I have had no serious problems running new or old games (even without compatible mode)
Cons: Nothing really.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I purchased this when I made my first serious gaming rig and I am glad I did.
Within a few weeks of owning it, we had a power surge which fried the old PC that wasn't connected to this. This possibly saved my computers life.
Cons: Can't think of any.READ FULL REVIEW
