KINGWIN Lazer Gold Series LZG-850 850W ATX 12V v2.2 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Reliable 850W with single 12V rail
80 Plus Gold Rated
Braided cabling

Cons: The modular connectors are a bit weak, installing a fan into a HAF 922 accidentally pressed the pressure connector leading it to break a little. Still works great though.

Other Thoughts: Been using this PSU for two years powering my X58 build. Haven't had a problem and I feel comfortable recommending it.

Pros: Getting good idle temps, good airflow. Cable management and component installation was a breeze. More than enough room for GTX 470s in SLI and a 120mm CPU cooler.

Cons: If you like LED fans then the case only have 1, the other 2 aren't.

Other Thoughts: Specs: i7 930 with Tranquillo CPU cooler, MSI X Power Big Bang Motherboard, 6GB Corsair DDR3, dual MSI GTX 470 in SLI, LG BD-ROM Drive, Kingwin 850W Gold

This review is from: D-Link DNS-321 Diskless System 2-Bay Network Storage Enclosure

Pros: I liked the interface, setting up a RAID 1 for two 1TB drives was a breeze. Never had to many issues

Cons: The included software disc was kind of a joke. Had a few access issues that were cleared up with a reset.

Other Thoughts: Had it connected to my wireless network and it worked fairly well at all time even when my roommates were hitting it to.
