Pros: This motherboard looks great and has some nice heat sinks on it. I have hit 4.7GHz on my 8320 and can keep going, just haven't gotten to it yet. Point is, the motherboard hasn't stopped me yet.
Cons: Not the greatest for crossfire and SLI, but I knew that going into it and that's not why I bought it. Just a headsheads up for everyone else.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Easy to install, and runs fine. It is very fast so far on stock settings, although i paired it with a Noctua NH-D14 and do plan to OC this beast. When i am all caught up on older games i missed out on, and this needs some more juice, i will OC it, which seems easy enough as i have dabbled in it a bit already. Just make sure you do your research if you plan to do the same.
WARNING: THE FOLLOWING IS PURE SPECULATION AND PERSONAL OPINION...
I also want to add that the PS4 and Xboxone both have Octa-core processors. Which may mean that during this generation this particular processor may be fully optimized for more games than just Crysis 3 and a hand full of others. Again, this is just my own opinionated hope based off of speculation.
Either way however, i have no qualms with this processor.
Cons: I couldn't find an OEM version that doesn't come with a stock cooler. I would have rather saved myself a little bit of cash than receive the stock cooler. Do yourself a favor if you get this processor(or any processor for that matter) get an aftermarket cooler. My boyfriend had to use the stock cooler on his 8320 for a bit and that thing was loud and was pushing temps than my cooler would only touch under an big overclock. He ended up getting the Noctua as well.
Just want to add that i will not be docking any points for this "con".
This review is from: NZXT Air Flow Series RF-FZ140-G1 140mm Green LED Case Fan
Pros: This fan is very quiet with a nice glowing LED. The LED is not too bright, it emits a nice glow. Did i mention it's quiet? I can't even hear this fan(or the other NZXT fans i have) over my ASUS R9 270X and my Noctua NH-D14, and let me tell you those are both extremely quiet as well. With all these components combined my rig lets out a very quiet whisper of a hum.
Cons: None.READ FULL REVIEW
