Pros: When it works, it is above average phone.

Cons: Waterproof is misleading people, it is glimmick to confuse people. I know the phone is only water resistant not waterproof... but the phone back cover lose over the time that became a hole to let water in easily not even water resistant... My phone was damaged and I created RMA exactly one month ago and the RMA dept. didn't know anything about the repair status nor where is my phone right now.. they sent to wrong address. The funny part is they provided 1st tracking number which shipped to different state and called me back 2nd time giving me different tracking number to the state where I live... Can you believe this? And after one month I still don't have my phone... I think I will try to contact consumer affair... ha ha... BTW, I just got Moto X and love that phone better than this one...
