Takes some time, well worth it
Pros: Great sound, design feels solid. Fits well, more comfortable than other pairs that I've owned, especially when using for a long time. Control panel is very nice and incredibly easy to use and contains an adapter to set up 7.1 speakers and a simple button to transfer sound to them, making it so you don't require a second sound card. Sound sent to speakers is great and works even on my 2.1 speakers making switching very simple. Doesn't require any software, which is a godsend because theirs is terrible when it comes to software/firmware.
Cons: Have to know how to setup 7.1, its not hard but you have to change your audio software setup to 7.1, and windows playback to 7.1. This is relatively easy, but they will sounds terrible initially. Bass was a little harder to setup than the rest but not too hard. Once you get it its well worth the effort.
Overall Review: I read that it required a sound card to sound good, I got one and its worked great. Took a while to set up the card right.
Worth every penny.
Pros: Sturdy design, wide clamp, looks nice.
Cons: Cost? But worth it, considering it holds your much more expensive monitors. I'm far less concerned about damages than I've ever been.
Overall Review: Depending on the depth of your desk and how far back you like your monitors, you may end up placing the mount on the side of your desk. Also, make sure your monitor cables are long enough.
great when not on Windows 8
Pros: Great memory, XMP profile works perfectly and sets it as advertised.
Cons: Didn't work for me with Windows 8. Not that I care, Windows 8 gave me a lot of issues with my previous memory.
