Collection LED A19 7W 40 Watts Replacement Light Bulb, Warm White
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Works as promised. So low energy use I leave it on 24/ 7 in the hall and so far no complaints.

Cons: Not so much a con as it is true of these type of lights but be very aware that the aluminum base gets very hot.

Other Thoughts: These bulbs are not really for mounting sideways but pointed down. I actually have one in a small hallway pointed up and it is fine for my use there.

Asus VH238H Black 23
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: less than 1 day

Pros: Nice size and nice resolution.

I see someone mentioned HDMI not working. You have to change the input source from the button in front of the monitor. At first I too was unhappy about not seeing HDMI but when the screen said no VGA signal I figured maybe it wasn't automatic. But this could be a good thing! If you have more than one device or PC you wish to hook up to it and don't need to use both at the same time.

Cons: The instructions are horrible to read. I have bad eyes anyway.

Other Thoughts: I bought at just the right time. Hopefully the rebates will come problem free to make me a very happy buyer.

Rexus 25004-4 3 Pin Fan Cable Adapter (Dell Compatible)
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

5 out of 5 eggs Blame Dell, not this product 03/04/2012

This review is from: Rexus 25004-4 3 Pin Fan Cable Adapter (Dell Compatible)

Pros: Works fine if you need a way to convert the pin connections

Cons: May not be for a novice working on a Dell

Other Thoughts: What you need to understand is that Dell uses a proprietary circuitry in their fans so that you either have to buy used or pay through the nose for one of their approved fans new. Another fan might work but you're going to get the bios error. If you can live with that boot up error then this converter will let you save a few bucks on a new 3rd party case fan. Otherwise just find a tested used fan. Also don't forget that to get to the fan you probably had to break contact between the CPU & heatsink so you might want to re-grease your CPU with a non-permanant grease while you're in there.
