Excellent Value
Pros: Large screen, low price, good response time, excellent native resolution.
Cons: Doesn't make toast.
Overall Review: Got this six months ago. Still works great today. No complaints at all. Glad I went for it because it was a great price and a great product.
Great Camera
Pros: The price. The freebies (I don't know why I'll need two camera cases for one camera). The huge resolution - I'll never take full advantage of the 16.6MP (effective 16.1) but it's fun saying I have them. The lens size - 35mm equivalent. 8x optical zoom is amazing for long distance. The price (again). You can't find it less than 169 anywhere else. etc.
Cons: I don't know too much about cameras so my complaints may be unbased but some pictures come out rather fuzzy. I'm sure if I had it at a different setting it would be different but I guess that's a con though since I wouldn't know how to make the pictures come out better. Also it turns out that just because you can zoom 8x doesn't mean you can use the camera as a microscope. It looses focus fast if you bring it in too close to anything. This is all my own lack of knowledge at play and after further study of the manual (if I ever get around to it) issues should be resolved so it's not worth docking an egg.
Overall Review: I bought two of these. Each came with one awesome camera, two Dolica camera cases - they fit this camera but it's kind of a tight squeeze... the cases are actually quite nice though I've dropped this camera with it inside the case and it came out unscathed and it also has tiny pocket to fit and extra memory card which I'm using with a 16GB card I picked up on newegg as well, and it also came with a 4GB memory card. The 70MB internal memory is nice and is perfectly fine if you take photos at a lower resolution but at 16MP it only lasts for like 25 pictures. The 4GB case lasts for about 600... and my 16GB card lasts for about 2500. I'm actually perfectly content with the 4GB card and have no need for the extra card I bought.
Very cheap but good
Pros: The price is low (I got it for 9.99 but the price is still great today). It gets the job done. Has been completely reliable so far. Comes with an AC adapter just in case you have anything power intensive you need to use.
Cons: It seems a bit flimsy so you may want to be gentle with it. I've had it for 6 months with no problems yet but you may still want to be careful.
Overall Review: I bought this because I was worried the new desktop I bought wasn't going to have enough USB ports for my uses. I ended up using this for a completely different reason. My computer would stop recognizing devices that were being used too heavily. As in I would be playing a game and my computer forgets I have a mouse and I can't shoot or turn anymore. I was able to resolve this by using this hub as a mediator. Definitely saved me a lot of aggravation. I haven't needed to use the external power source yet so I can't speak to that. I currently am using two of the four slots - one for my mouse and one for my keyboard. It has yet to fail me.
Awesome PC
Pros: I got this for $699 six months ago. It was a great deal. The processor eats up a spits out eveything I throw at it. The videocard is just as amazing. There was very little if any bloatware to speak of (got rid of a few things off the bat but they were attempts at legit/helpful software I'm sure).
Cons: The 4GB of memory is kind of slim for the powerful components it's sitting next to. Running Windows seven x64 with only 4GB is kind of sad but only because it's being compared to the power of the other components. I upgraded the RAM to 8GB @ 1600 Mhz (CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB... Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B) and it runs even better than it did before. Crysis 2 runs like a dream. The Hard Drive is also a bit slow but I don't have too much trouble with that. I may supplant it with a SSD some day but then again I may not.
Overall Review: For the price it is still an amazing computer and you should definitely thing very long and hard before turning this down. The brand may have no name for itself but don't let that fool you into thinking this computer is poor quality. Unless you can possibly find a better deal - buy this computer.
Great Deal
Pros: The price is really good for what you're getting. Two 4GB RAM sticks at 1600 Mhz, latency of 9-9-9-24, and only uses 1.5V. Someone recommended this to me when it was $94.99 but with the $20 promotion I couldn't pass it down. Compatible with my computer and upped the performance from my 4GB at 1333Mhz. Besides the deal, the blue casingis convenient for holding it making the RAM much easier to install. This also has a very impressive heat sink. It's been working very well so far and the performance change is somewhat noticeable (I wasn't really pushing my limit before but now there's much more breathing room).
Cons: I can't think of anything in particular. I guess the box was kind of hard to open until I found some scissors.
Overall Review: First time installing new RAM and I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I kept freaking out because I couldn't figure out what direction to put it in at first, and then when I figured that one out (there's a little hole/notch you have to fit together in case you're wondering) I couldn't get the clips on the motherboard to relatch onto the RAM so I thought I had gotten the wrong size. Turns out I was just being too gentle and had to push down harder so that the clips snap back into place and lock the new RAM in. I definitely recommend this item (even at a higher price) and would confidently buy again.
